    Kelley Skoloda, MBA

    As Founder of KS Consulting & Capital, Kelley advises startups, growth-stage companies, and established organizations on marketing consulting, go-to-market strategy, and demand generation—helping them accelerate growth, commercialize innovation, and build market relevance in increasingly competitive environments.


    Kelley brings a rare combination of Fortune 500 leadership experience and entrepreneurial execution. She currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer of
    Independence Health System, where she leads enterprise-wide brand
    transformation, integrated marketing strategy, and patient acquisition.


    Prior to that, Kelley spent more than two decades at Ketchum, a leading global communications firm, where she was a Partner, and advised some of the
    world’s most recognized brands on go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and growth marketing. She and her teams were recognized with marketing
    communications excellence awards, including a Cannes Gold Lion.


    Her approach is pragmatic and results-driven—combining strategic marketing consulting with execution to drive measurable business outcomes.


    Kelley is particularly known for helping organizations translate complex offerings into clear, compelling go-to-market narratives and positioning leaders and executives as visible, influential voices in their industries.

    Kelley has appeared from page to stage as the author of two books and afeatured speaker at many national events. An investor in dozens of female-led,
    early-stage companies, Kelley served as the co-chair of the investment committee at the Next Act Fund. She is also actively engaged in advancing women in leadership and developing the next generation of entrepreneurs and executives.

    She is an avid golfer and cat lover.

    Jake Skoloda is a Partner at KS Consulting & Capital, working with healthcare systems, foundations, national organizations, and growth-stage companies on marketing strategy, commercialization, and growth.

    His work sits at the intersection of strategic communications, innovation, and execution, helping organizations turn complex ideas into clear positioning and scalable initiatives. Experience spans healthcare philanthropy, system-wide growth strategy, and commercialization efforts for emerging companies and technologies.

    Jake has supported healthcare systems, national associations, and high-growth organizations, contributing to initiatives across brand strategy, go-to-market execution, and long-term growth planning.

    Invited to speak at national events, Jake has presented at PRWeek’s Swipe Right, The Marketing to Gen Z Conference, and Engage for Good. His commentary has been featured in Forbes and in the book, the Gen Z Frequency. Jake's career started in high school when he and some friends started an influencer marketing company,

    The Millennial Ad Network, which worked for several national clients.

    Jake brings a practical, operator-oriented approach, focused not just on developing strategy, but also on helping organizations execute, scale, and deliver measurable results.

    He is a darn good golfer, and also loves cats.
